RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT #14 TO THE ARCHITECT'S AGREEMENT DATED 9/20/2005 FOR THE DESIGN OF THE RIVERVIEW HIGH SCHOOL PROJECT
Description
This amendment provides for the additional services required to providing information and documentation to the "Save Paul Rudolph" group as well as changes to the layout and services to the Performance Based Diploma portables located in the northeast corner of the campus. This change was required by Sarasota County to save several "grand" trees. The cost of this amendment is $15,300.00. Funds are available in the project budget account.
Recommendation
That Amendment #14 to the agreement dated 9/20/2005 with BMK Architects, Inc. for the design of the Riverview High School project be ratified as presented.
